What the service is
Storefront Feed prepares one Instagram carousel a week from the product information a shop gives us, sends the shop a review link, and publishes what the shop approves to the shop's own Instagram account on the agreed day.
What the shop is responsible for
The product information is the shop's. The shop confirms it may lawfully promote what it sells where it sells it, keeps its Instagram account settings (including any minimum-age setting the law requires) correct, and approves every post before it goes out. An approved post is the shop's statement, not ours.
What we are responsible for
Rendering the slides faithfully from the information given, screening captions against the rules we have been told apply, publishing only what was approved, and telling the shop promptly when something did not go out.
Publishing depends on Instagram's platform and its rules, which change. If Instagram declines a post or withdraws access, we tell the shop and stop; we do not work around Instagram's decisions.
Ending it
Either side can stop at any time by email. Disconnecting the Instagram account ends publishing immediately. Data is deleted on request within seven days.
